Loving wife, mother and grandmother;
Olga S. (Rutyna) (Hamel) McManus, 91, passed away peacefully Wednesday afternoon at the Life Care Center in Acton.
She was the loving wife of the late Louis Hamel and the late Paul McManus.
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, September 26, 1926, a daughter of the late Albert and the late Helen (Bucynska) Rutyna, she attended Lowell schools and Lowell High School.
Olga worked for many years as a machine operator and stitcher for various Lowell mills and later as a waitress at the Club Diner.
She is survived by two daughters Diane Barchand and Olga Quealey and her husband William all of New Hampshire; five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
There will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Committal Services to be celebrated Wednesday afternoon at St. Patrick Cemetery (at grave in Section H) in Lowell at 1:00 P.M.
