I only recently found out about the passing of Margo. Although we never met face to face we emailed regularly, my mother was an Mcanespie from Belfast Ireland. Margo and I researched and found our family connections. She sent me a t- shirt of her brother's construction company which I took to Ireland and the shirt was in great demand. Margo invited me to Boston, unfortunately I didn't make it to meet her perhaps meet on the other side. Regards and best wishes to her family

Margaret and Jack, I just learned about Margo's passing away today. I am absolutely stunned and heart broken for you both and the family. Margo not only helped me through my loss of Maria and the period after, but continued to call me in Fl. always, asking if I was alright and if there was anything she could do for me. I can honestly say I never met another person with a bigger heart than Margo's and will miss her enthusiasm, her beautiful smile and loving nature. My prayers for you both and the family for your heartbreaking loss.

So sorry to hear of Margo’s passing. It has been many years since we had been in contact as life gets so busy. Remembering all the good times we had working at Wendy’s , hanging out at pewter Pot, Howard Johnsons, a couple weekend trips to the family camper and all the other places we went . She was always ready for an adventure and always there when you needed someone. my thoughts and prayers go to the entire family . So sorry for your loss. She will be missed.

I want to express my sadness in hearing of the loss of sweet Margo she had a huge heart and always a kind word. She would travel to support her friends in any event just to be there and to offer encouragement she would precipitate getting together in these busy time because she knew that family, and friends are what’s important in this fleeting time we have on this planet. She would frequently suggest a get together in Maine or Georgetown or Lowell and LIsa and I and often others would get together and talk about life, hockey, and work. She loved her nieces and family and the Riverhawks. Having worked in compliance myself we often discussed issues concerning the Society of International Affairs (SIA) she was well respected in that community in and around Washington D.C. for her depth of knowledge and steadfast adherence to the principles, and spirit of the regulations helping her clients navigate the tricky landscape of the department of state and commerce regulations. We had a wonderful dinner at one meeting in New Orleans with intricate details of compliance over which we were very keenly interested. I laugh now seeing Lisa trying to feign interest. There were many such dinners where the topic turned to compliance and when issues arrose she would alway help me directing me to industry leaders for counsel to gain additional insights to her own given the interpretation aspects of what we need to do in that area. It’s truly incredible to imagine the world without this kind soul. I’m not fully going to come to terms with it until that text to get together doesn’t come in. My thoughts are with the entire family who are morning Margo’s passing, her nieces and her friends who will miss her dearly. God Speed Margo.
