Robert V. “Bob” Totton
 
 Robert V. “Bob” Totton, 64, of Lowell, died unexpectedly on Thursday, May 12th at his home. He was the husband of Elaine H. (Hagan) Totton who survives him.
 Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, May 26, 1951, a son of the late Vernon and the late Rita M. (Evans) Totton, he received his education in the Lowell school system.
 Before retiring, Bob was employed as a painter with Tewksbury State Hospital for over 30 years.
 Among his many interests, Bob enjoyed playing the lottery and loved reading. He was also an avid New England sports fan, especially of the Red Sox and Patriots.
 In addition to his wife, Bob is survived by two sisters Gail Byam and her husband Steven of Dracut, and Nancy Desmond and her husband Wayne of Lowell; three brothers Thomas F. “Tucker” Totton of Lowell, Vernon S. “Red” Totton, Jr. and his wife Sue of Dracut and David E. Totton and his wife Mary of Lowell; and many nieces and nephews.
 He was also brother of the late Stephen P. Totton and the late William J. Totton.
