M. Louise Conlin

 M. Louise (Hirbour) Conlin, 97, a lifelong resident of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 29th at D’Youville Senior Care Center in Lowell. She was the beloved wife of 55 years to the late Joseph F. Conlin who died September 7, 1996.
 Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, April 9, 1919, the daughter of the late George and the late Eva (Gaudette) Hirbour, she attended St. Jeanne d’Arc School in Lowell and was a graduate of Lowell High School in the Class of 1937. She was a communicant of St. Rita Church in Lowell.
 Before retiring, Louise was employed for many years as a stitcher with the former Jamppa Manufacturing Company in Lowell which produced white stag shirts.
 Among her many enjoyments, Louise loved gardening, traveling to Foxwoods and was an avid New England sports fan, especially of the Red Sox and Patriots. At one time she was very active with the Pawtucketville Youth Organization.
 Above all else, she cherished the quality time she spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 Louise is survived by a daughter Susan M. Crowley and her husband James of Lowell; two sons Joseph F. Conlin II and his wife Diane (Paige) of Tyngsboro, MA and Martin G. Conlin and his wife Marianne (Souza) of Viera, FL; a son-in-law Jerry McColligan of Derry, NH; ten grandchildren Sharon Beaulieu, Laura Egan, Lisa Babb, Raymond Lemay, Christine Chan, Kim Hayes, Joanne Conlin, Laura Conlin, Martin Conlin and Kerri Mink; twenty-one great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; four sisters-in-law Mary Hirbour, Nancy Hirbour, Margaret Conlin and Patricia Shapiro; and many nieces and nephews.
 She was also mother of the late Barbara McColligan and sister of the late Norman, Paul, Charles, Donald and Lionel Hirbour.
 Friends may call at the O’DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. at Fletcher from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. on Tuesday immediately followed by a Funeral Service in the Funeral Home at 12 o’clock. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Chelmsford.
