I just found out about Peter ‘s passing . I live in NH and wasn’t aware of Peter passing until this morning. He was a wonderful, sweet man . I grew up in Tewksbury,Ma and Peter knew my dad Dave Clark Sr who Peter laid to rest for our family back in 1981. Growing up in Tewksbury my parents knew Peter and spoke of him often. I personally last saw him about 6 years ago , still handsome as ever and still having such a wonderful way with people. I was shocked by the news and I just want to personally say his family is in my thoughts and prayers. He will always be sadly missed ! I love you Peter, may you Rest In Peace ! a loving friend cathi brown

I am grateful for the opportunity I had while Pastor at St. Patrick's Church, Pelham, NH to grow a friendship with Peter. He loved his profession, and I always found my conversation with him to be heart-to -heart. On January 3, 2017 he kept the "RENDZVOUS" which enables him now to sit at the banquet table of the Lord. I've been away from Lowell for 55 years but I have fond memories of growing up on Ellis Avenue with Peter and his family. Putting on neighborhood shows in their back yard and basement, and Sunday excursions to Happy Hampton are some of my treasured childhood activities. Peter was born with 'undertaker genes"...his uncle owned and operated Savage Funeral Home, also on Pawtucket Street. As an adult Peter looked the very model of a well-dressed and well-mannered funeral director. My deepest condolences to his brothers Frederick and John and his sister Martha, and their families.
