Sincere condolences to Barbara, Cheryl, Brian and Neil upon the death of a sweet man, husband, father and friend. We were so disappointed we didn't get to see Billy before leaving Florida in April. We have always looked forward to seeing him cruise the park and stop to help friends out along the way. We will miss him dearly. Gary and I hope you are comforted by the many wonderful memories you have of Billy, some that we are fortunate to share with you...we will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers.
  • Joyce Fosdick  - Come with me.
May you find comfort in thoughts and prayers you will recieve from your family and friends. I also found it in this poem. God saw he was getting tired And the cure was not to be. So He put his arms around him And whispered, "come with me". With tearful hearts We watched him fade away. Although we loved him dearly, We could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands laid to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

We all loved Billy!! My children loved to see Billy on our trips to Florida to visit my parent's. Billy would take them to search for alligators, go for golf cart rides. Billy was always there to lend a helping hand and I loved his genuine zest and enthusiasm for life. Our sincere and heartfelt condolences to Barbara and family. Billy was a special man and will be greatly missed by all.♡Lisa
