Beth, Joe, Greg & Elaine. Joe and I met and traveled the New England states trying to make our fortune by selling baseball cards. We didn't accomplish our goal, but out of that developed a true friendship with one of the most special people I have ever met. I have lost a very dear friend. 'Kids' he was so very proud of you and Elaine you stepped into his life and that classic smile returned. Thank you all for sharing this wonderful person. RIP my good friend Nick Economou

Dear Abrams Family, Your father was a dear friend of my Dad beginning with Joe serving on the Lowell School Committee when my late father Doug worked in the school department. My Dad worked for your Dad years later at the Nashua Housing Authority and they remained friendly until my Dad passed away in 2002. Our family truly respected your Dad as a distinguished gentleman with a perfect voice for radio. Please accept our sincere sympathies. Joe and Nancy will be together once again in Heaven.
