  • Niko Collaso  - I miss you Pop
Pop, we had a bond. I loved and respected you, and still do. You meant and still mean a great deal to me and your passing is a huge blow to me. You, in my eyes, had a beautiful spirit and we're simply misunderstood by many, but I saw your heart and your intentions, and I never ever judged you because we are all fallible and flawed and imperfect human beings. You deserved love and dignity and forgiveness and respect just like everyone else, so that is what I gave you. I will miss you immensely and it will always hurt deeply that I didn't have more time with you. Younger a child of God and are back in His loving Hands now. I pray you now have rest and peace. Love you Pop. Always, your son, Niko Giovanni Collaso. (.....and we live in Alexandria but the obituary says we live in Fredericksburg)
