Gerald L. “Gerry” Greaves, 70, formerly of Lowell, Massachusetts, but recently from Lawrence, died peacefully at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston on Thursday October 14, 2021 after a brief illness.

He was the loving husband of the late Lisa (Friend) Greaves who died in 2010.  
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, July 24, 1951, the son of the late Frederick and the late Florence B. (Burher) Greaves, he attended the Immaculate Conception Grammar School and was a graduate of Lowell High School.  
Prior to his retirement, he was a quality control technician with Wang Labs for many years.

Gerry is survived by two daughters Kristina L. Greaves and her daughter Amelia Kirby both of Dracut and Melissa Chisholm – Baines, her husband Kevin Baines and children Kyle and Kaitlyn Chisholm of Goffstown, NH; a brother Frederick Greaves of Chelmsford.
He was also the brother of the late Richard Greaves.

  Gerry and myself shared so many experiences growing up together. We played basketball in his driveway everyday for many years and all the other things young boys do growing up. Always in my heart my sincere condolences to all his family. I will see you my best friend on the other side. Where we share a game of tennis golf,pool,baseball and those wild days of basketball.
