Anne M. McLaughlin, R.N.
Beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and friend;

 

Anne M. (LePon) McLaughlin, R.N., 84, of North Andover passed away peacefully on Saturday February 22, 2025, at Brightview Assisted Living surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Norwood, Massachusetts, June 6, 1940, the daughter of the late William and the late Anna (Kazansky) LePon, she attended St. John Grammar School and was a graduate of Canton High School Class of 1958. Anne went on to graduate from Catherine Labouré School of Nursing in Dorchester in 1961.


A dedicated nurse and devoted mother, Anne retired as a Registered Nurse from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services in the Hogan Regional Center. Previously she was an operating room nurse at Norwood Hospital for many years.

Among her many interests, Anne enjoyed trips to Foxwoods, bingo, going to the beach, fishing, following all the Boston Sports teams, and traveling with family and friends.

However, her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Anne is survived by three daughters Jacqueline Harrington and her husband Paul of Revere, Judith Bragdon and her husband Edward of Tampa, FL, and Mary Keisling and her husband Stephen of Nashua, NH; two sons Kenneth C. McLaughlin and his wife Christine of Windham, NH and Kevin C. McLaughlin and his wife Susan of Portsmouth, NH; and seven grandchildren Anabella, Lily, Jack, Ashley, Matthew, Jimmy and John.

Friends may call on Friday morning February 28, 2025, at the O’DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. in LOWELL from 10 to 11:15 A.M. Her Funeral Mass will follow at ST. MARGARET CHURCH in LOWELL at 12:00 NOON. Her burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Tewksbury. E-condolences/directions at www.odonnellfuneralhome.com.     To Kenny and Family, You Mom was a lovely lady, may all you wonderful memories comfort you all in this very sad time. You may not recognize the name, when you were at Franco- American School with Rusty I used to make clothes for your Mom and sisters. She was a delight.You all have my deepest Sympathy.
