Beloved Mother, Fiancée, Sister, and Aunt.

Joanne “Sis” (Rae) Moore, 67, of Lowell, Massachusetts, passed away on February 21, 2025, at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA, with her loving family by her side.

Joanne lived with her love (aka Babe), Dennis J.

Born in Winchester, MA, on August 20, 1957, to the late Douglas and the late Phyllis (Tourigney) Rae, Joanne received her education in Burlington, MA, schools and graduated from Burlington High School.

“Sis” loved shopping and truly enjoyed giving gifts and her heart and soul to everyone.  Sis loved listening to music, going to the beach, and cooking for her Dennis and family. Her favorite thing to do, however, was spend time with her family.

Besides her fiancé Dennis, Joanne is survived by her daughter, Heather and son, Erich; four grandchildren; five siblings, Michael, Gordon, Alicia, Ernest, and Cheryl; and many nieces and nephews.

Joanne was the mother of the late Paul M. Sorenson, Jr. and James B. Moore, Jr., and the sister of the late Daniel Rae and Leonard Rae.
