I'm saddened to hear of Lance's passing. I met Lance years ago when I hired him to work for us. He was so personable and he was a great fit for the work environment, such a good guy with a big smile. After he gave his notice and left he would still stop in occasionally just to say hi. I hope he has no more pain, my thoughts to all of his family. Rest in peace Lance.
