Martin R. Convery, Sr.
Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend;

Martin R. Convery, Sr., 77, of Nashua, NH, but formerly of Lowell, died Friday morning at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was the beloved husband for over 55 years of Judith A. (Sweatt) Convery, who survives him.

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, June 15, 1947, he was the son of the late Frederick J. and the late Catherine A. (Bell) Convery.

Prior to his retirement, Martin was a Quality Control Manager for Teradyne Corp. in Nashua, NH where he worked for over 25 years. He proudly served in the United States Army for 6 years earning honors for sharp shooting and marine hull repair.

Among his several interests, he enjoyed carpentry, mechanics and a good joke.

Besides his wife, Martin is survived by a daughter, Cheryl A. Convery of Nashua, NH; two sons, Scott M. Convery and his wife Erin of Nashua, NH and Nicholas Convery and his partner Katie Kenney of Norwood, MA; a daughter-in-law, Mary McConnell of Georgetown, SC; five grandchildren, Samantha and Andrew Convery, Dalton McConnell, Anna and Nicholas Enslin; 3 brothers, David Convery, Robert Convery and his wife Wendy, and James Convery; 4 sisters, Phyllis Gangi, Joyce Maguire, Junie Beland and her husband Don, and Barbara Convery; and many nieces and nephews.

He was the father of the late Martin R. Convery, Jr. and brother of the late Frederick and Joseph Convery, Catherine Bogush and Virginia Wade.

Friends may call at the O’DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. in LOWELL on Thursday January 16, 2024, from 4 to 7 P.M.
