Wendy Ann Normand

  An extraordinary mother, a beautiful daughter, and a loving grandmother; 



  Wendy A. (Welcome) Normand, 46, departed from this world on Wednesday May 12, 2021 in Tufts Medical Center due to complications of two strokes. 

  Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, January 3rd, 1975, Wendy was the daughter of her dear parents Joann I. (Brunelle) Welcome and Roy D. Welcome of Lowell, MA.

  Before she passed, Wendy had lost her husband Jason P. Normand unexpectedly on March 31, 2021.

  A loving mother who wanted the world for her girls, Wendy is deeply missed and cherished by her eldest daughter Alicia C. Welch of Haverhill and her youngest daughter Leah K. Camara of Wilmington. She will be lovingly missed by her beloved best friend, and the father of her youngest daughter, Ronald Camara of Wilmington, her precious granddaughter Skylar R. Delorbe, her loving sister Bethany Welcome of Truman, Minnesota, and her three beautiful nieces Audrey, Molly, and Gracie.

Known for her confident nature, humorous character, and lovely smile, Wendy was an all around outstanding person who strived for individuality. Hardworking, she spent many years diligently working as a nursing aide for the Bedford VA hospital in Bedford, MA. In addition to how amazing she was, Wendy enjoyed a plethora of hobbies in her lifetime including, but not limited to, watching her favorite movies and tv shows, listening to old school rock music, and creating memories with friends. However, nothing would ever beat the love she felt towards spending her moments with family.

Michael P. Thumm

Beloved brother, uncle, nephew and friend;



Michael P. Thumm, 61, of Lebanon, New Hampshire, but formerly of Lowell, passed away after a brief illness on Monday May 10, 2021 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, December 2, 1959, the son of the late Philip H. and the late Nancy J. (McLarnon) Thumm, he attended Lowell schools and was a graduate of Greater Lowell Technical High School Class of 1978.

Prior to his retirement, Michael was a sheet metal mechanic with Precise Industries in Lowell.

Mike loved to read, play cribbage and compete in cribbage leagues. He also enjoyed nature, hunting and fishing. A former member of the East End Club, he was also a Boy Scout.

He is survived by three sisters Cynthia T. Cisowski and her husband Marian of Pepperell, Kristina A. Thumm of Haverhill, and Heidi A. Stokes of Dracut; a brother Philip H. Thumm, II of Dracut; two nieces Jessica Byrne and her husband Ryan of Milford, NH, Annalise Stokes and her fiancé Greg St. Louis of Townsend; three nephews; Master Sgt. Kristopher Cisowski, of the United States Air Force , R.J. Stokes of Townsend, and Quinn Dignan of Dracut; one grand niece Kenleigh and four grand nephews; Gabriel, Brody, Cian and Brogan; two aunts Mary Mansur of Hudson, NH and Patricia Amboian of Andover, MA; many cousins and his former brother-in-law Ronald Stokes of Townsend.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Visitation at the O’DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. in LOWELL from 10 A.M. to 12 Noon on Thursday May 20, 2021. Kimberly A. Kelly-Oberhauser
Loving wife, mother, cousin and friend;

Kimberly A. Kelly-Oberhauser, 57 of Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, a member of a well-known Greater Lowell family, passed away recently as the result of a tragic accident.

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, January 30, 1964, the only child of the late Harlan P. and the late Pauline E. (Nelson) Kelly, she grew up in Chelmsford and attended Chelmsford schools. She was a 1982 graduate of Chelmsford High School.

Kim continued her education with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bentley University and her M.B.A and Master’s in Education from Rivier College in Nahua, NH.

An accomplished businesswoman, Kim was the owner of Kelly Sheet Metal, Inc. of Lowell, a well-known multi- generational family business which recently celebrated 59 years in business.

Active in her community, Kim was a past board member of Lowell General Hospital and the former Saints Medical Center. She was also a Corporator of the Lowell Five Cents Savings Bank and an active member of Vesper Country Club.

She also loved being with her family and friends, running in the morning with her hair in a ponytail, playing golf, tennis and spending time with her beloved puppies.

Kim is survived by her husband Attorney Gregory D. Oberhauser of Tyngsboro; her son Garrett K. Oberhauser and his wife Jennifer of Chelmsford; her cousin Roger Greenwood and his wife Stephanie of Harpswell, ME and his family; and many dear cousins and friends.

Friends will be received at the O’DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. in LOWELL on Monday May 3, 2021 for her Memorial Visitation from 4 to 7 P.M. (All state required social distancing procedures will be observed including the wearing of masks upon entrance into the funeral home.) Her Funeral Services will be held privately for the family. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and sister;



Nuha Shaheen Louh, 78, of Lowell, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on Saturday April 17, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness.

She was the loving and devoted wife, for over 60 years, of Jamil A. Louh who survives her.

Born in Jerusalem, August 2, 1942, the daughter of the late Fouad Shaheen and the late Mohja Al-Dalo, Nuha emigrated with her family to the United States 28 years ago.

Nuha and her husband Jamil raised their five children with love and devotion. In her spare time, she enjoyed knitting, crocheting and cooking. Nuha also enjoyed singing with her family.

She was member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church in Lowell.

Besides her husband Nuha is survived by five children Azar J. Louh of Lowell, Fadia J. Handileh and her husband Ziad of Lowell, Feras J. Louh of Lowell, Fadi J. Louh and his wife Rosette of Dracut and Rima J. Louh and her husband Tawfiq of Lowell; 16 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; four brothers; three sisters and many nieces and nephews.

She was also the mother-in-law of the late Amanda N. (Zananiri) Louh who died June 13, 2019.

Friends may call at ST. GEORGE ANTIOCHIAN  ORTHODOX CHURCH .. BOWERS ST., in LOWELL from 10 to 12 o’clock on Wednesday morning followed by her Funeral Service at the church at 12 NOON. (All state required social distancing procedures will be observed including the wearing of masks upon entrance into the Church)  Burial will follow the Westlawn II Cemetery.
